Our management team is experienced and backed by professional experience of the highest echelons. Two Investment Bankers, both alumni of IIM Ahmedabad- Neeraj Batra and Gunit Chadha, have founded STEP. The entire focus of its management team, which comprises Investment Bankers with significant experience, is to look at young entrepreneurs and start-ups where we can add the value of our experience.
