We provide early stage funding and act as accelerators to promising startups. We improve management bandwidth and provide strategic input on financial structuring, branding and offer significant opportunities of networking. In a more meaningful way, we are a firm driven by the desire to help blossom young startups. In addition to early stage funding we provide high end consulting for young startups.

We look at junior stakes ranging between 15% and 40% in young startups. STEP also plans to promote Companies offering reasonable sweat equity to young managers wherein it would hold senior stakes.
